Well Child Exams
Unity Pediatrics, LLC provides comprehensive well childcare services to all child patients from infancy to 19 years of age. This includes periodic physical exams, developmental and behavioral evaluations. We offer recommended tests, procedures, and counseling for ensuring your child’s physical and emotional health.

Immunizations
Unity Pediatrics, LLC passionately believes in the effectiveness of vaccines to prevent serious illnesses and save lives. We require all patients to undergo vaccination in accordance with the CDC and AAP guidelines. See the CDC's Child and Adolescent Immunization Schedule for more information. We do not follow alternative schedules.

We provide treatment for non-emergency acute conditions and injuries, which include but are not limited to: common viral infections (cold, flu, respiratory syncytial virus-RSV, etc.), bacterial infections (strep throat, ear infection, pneumonia, etc.), skin rashes, minor lacerations, and more. If your child needs urgent, non-emergency care for an acute illness or injury, please call our office at 301-288-1801 during operating hours. We’ll do what we can to help your child as soon as possible.

We offer the convenience of virtual doctor visits for patients who are unable to come to our medical office for a particular reason. Your child can receive necessary medical care from an experienced pediatrician without leaving the comfort and privacy of your home.

Sports Physicals
Your child may be required to undergo a sports physical to confirm that he or she is healthy enough to participate safely in sporting activities. Please schedule your child’s sports physical at least 6 weeks in advance to ensure that your clearance form submission deadlines can be successfully met.

An important part of giving your baby a good start in life is providing specialized care to protect your baby’s health. To support new parents, we provide newborn care services, which include: conducting an initial examination of your baby within 24 to 48 hours after being discharged from the hospital, follow-up well baby check-ups, immunizations, and guidance on how to properly care for your infant.
