Denise Lowe, MD, FAAP
Dr. Denise Lowe has worked in the Germantown community, in a group practice, for over a decade. She is excited to transition into this new chapter of her career by co-owning Unity Pediatrics, LLC.
Dr. Lowe received her undergraduate degree at Binghamton University. She obtained her medical degree from MCP Hahnemann School of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Stony Brook University Hospital. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
She is a native of Brooklyn, NY which holds a special place in her heart. She enjoys catching up with family and friends. She prides herself on the bonds she has with her patients. From infants to young adults, Dr. Lowe finds a way to connect with her patients. They know from the time she says, “hello,” they are her priority. Dr. Lowe finds it an honor and a blessing to continue to guide and treat families. She looks forward to making a positive impact in your children’s lives.
Vanessa Lowe, MD, FAAP
Dr. Vanessa Lowe was born and grew up in Brooklyn, New York. Her parents, who are from Jamaica, West Indies, stressed that education is an opportunity that should not be taken for granted. Dr. Lowe took their meaningful advice as the foundation that led her to a path of practicing pediatric medicine.
After obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Binghamton University, Dr. Lowe received her medical degree from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. She completed her pediatric residency at Stony Brook University Hospital in New York. After residency, she practiced in different settings which included a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), urgent care facilities, and currently private practice which she fondly loves. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Lowe’s many years of experience is evident as she works with parents to provide thorough medical care for their child and address their needs. She is approachable and relatable which helps to put children at ease.
In her free time, Dr. Lowe enjoys spending quality time with friends and family. She loves many genres of entertainment and making people laugh. “At the end of the day, what I give to my patients and families is my best. God has blessed me to make a difference in people’s lives. For that, I am grateful!”
